Donovan Commercial Properties (DCP) was founded by brothers, Henry and Thomas Donovan over 30 years ago. Having grown up just outside of Boston, they took their entrepreneurial drive to Cape Cod where they’ve focused on developing a bustling, yet collegial business community without the typical trappings of a city environment.  Through their hard work and commitment to the Upper Cape Area, they’ve built, own and manage 14 buildings/properties, occupied by both local businesses and multinational companies.

Thomas' daughter, Kelly, moved to Cape Cod from New York City to oversee and manage the 46 tenants and their properties, also helping our tenants if they need design ideas for buildouts.

 

In 2010, Carrie Gonsalves joined Donovan Commercial Properties and brings an extensive background in accounting, technology and finance. Together, they collaborate with all new and existing tenants, to assist them with accommodations needed to make their business a success.

 

Having also established a successful construction company, Donovan Construction, over the last 35 years, Donovan Commercial Properties has the experience and resources to streamline the leasehold improvement process and keep it seamless for all potential tenants. Kelly works closely with our tenants, helping them to customize their workspaces with design ideas, painting choices and flooring selections.  Donovan Commercial Properties takes pride in keeping
